[April 2010] Word is getting out to the fashion industry that Ne1co do catwalks. EZRA being Ne1co's third runway show in 12 months, the hat trick gig featured Ne1co produced animations as video intro to an extravagant display of dresses fit for red carpet premieres, hosted at the heart of Dubai's business district. Unfokused Music booked Ne1co for their 2010 new year's eve celebration party, and its 20 metre wide video backdrop. Line up included Fat Boy Slim, Timo Maas and Fergie. [top]


For the third year in a row, DJ Mag booked Ne1co to produce and deliver the countdown animation for their seminal Top100 DJ countdown event, held at Ministry of Sound. [view

Ne1co have been invited to create and operate the visuals for top trance
trio Above & Beyond’s first band show ever, in Beirut this July 2009. Our
visuals combined pre-produced graphics with live effects on camera, as the
show introduced A&B onstage with live instruments. So not to forget about
their DJing, A&B also included a signature DJ set, to warm the audience to
the live bits. If not in Beirut, you may be able to see the show later in
the year or early in 2010, touring to a city near you. This will be one to
remember…

Markus Schulz commissioned Ne1co to produce a 1-hour DVD to play along with
his current DJ set, to be updated each season with new material as well as
DVJ singles of Markus’ own music production.

Stanton Warriors gave Ne1co a specific brief to create custom visuals ranging from urban
imagery to manga related graphics. Stanton are now currently touring with these visuals,
used as a backdrop to their live perfromance . [view

Sander
Sleinenberg invited Ne1co to produce DVD material for each track of his DJ set, as well as
to provide live visuals to top-up his DVD collection on tours for 2007-08. Ne1co also
produced and edited a promo documentary of these tours as well as provided all the visuals
on Sander's promo for the Pioneer AVM-100, recorded at Ministry of Sound.

dark and fascinating accoustic band Tunng, called on NE1co to provide a moving backdrop of
imagery inspired from their recent album covers, for their London live gigs. [top]

second year in a row, East
European vodka makers Eristoff commissioned Ne1co for to produce a 10-minute video loop of
branded imagery, to play as background within their worldwide club related events. [top]

[Summer 2010] Ne1co received a phone call invitation to provide visuals and screen designs for Leftfield's comebacktour this summer, headlining a string of European festivals, including LED in Victoria Park, London. More info and samples coming soon. [top]


[coming soon] Ne1co were once again granted an Above & Beyond commission, producing tour visuals promoting their next Anjunabeats album. Their Vol.8 release, is celebrating a recent accomplishment: one of their tracks (Buzz) was selected as the soundtrack to Virgin Galactic's promotional launch video. Since this is all about a new dawn of civilian space travel, do expect similarly themed visuals on A&B's next few gigs.[view

[Jan 2010] Sensation Mode booked Ne1co to desing the video backdrop for their latest runway show during WHO'S NEXT, a vast trade show for winter pret-a-porter fashion. [view

Inspired by the beirut live show, Above & Beyond commissioned Ne1co to produce the visual identity and content for their touring DJ show, which includes programmable sequences to be triggered by lighting jockeys. [view

Splash
commissioned Ne1co for its latest fashion show in Dubai, producing space-age
themed visuals for a 20-metre wide multi-projection screen, as the backdrop
for a futuristic catwalk show. [top]


Ne1co is going along for the ride with Godskitchen's world tour and its completely bespoke
stage design, produced in collaboration with 1024 (originally Exyst, which produced
Etienne De Crecy's visual cube). Dubbed the Boombox, this screen
installation is operated by Ne1co, which also provided animated stings for the Urban Wave
sponsored events, projected on the side screens. [top]


Ne1co was invited for a second year at the Montreal Jazz festival, this year
providin visuals for The Bug (Ninja Tune) and ThunderHeist. The two bands
seamlessly blended jazz influence with large servings of pop, electro and
dub.

To
promote their latest handset, Sony Ericsson contracted Ne1co to edit short video sequences
illustrating the look and feel of using a W910i music phone. In addition, Ne1co produced a
series of visual backdrops for a Groove Armada track, especially licensed for the launch
of the W910i. [top]


For
the premiere showing of their latest LZR series competition swimwear, Speedo hired Ne1co
to provide both looped video content and live visuals within launch events occuring
simultaneously in London, New York, Sydney and Tokyo. More recently, Speedo took Ne1co
produced visuals to the Beijing olympics, as backdrop to their trade stand in the sponsors

Toolroom Records recently commissioned Ne1co to produce video content to play on their
Toolroom Knights events, which all focus on a discofloor theme, variations from the cover
art of their latest compilation release, mixed by Benny Bennassi. [top]


DJ
Mag invited Ne1co once again, to produce the countdown sequence for this year's 100
top international DJs. For the occasion DJ Mag invited many DJ list toppers to play,
including DeadMau5, David Guetta, as well as this year's number one DJ (Armand van
Buuren). Once the entire list was revealed, Ne1co finished off the night by providing live
visuals for the above DJs.
In
addition, Ne1co produced and delivered the graphics for the DJ Mag Tech Awards, held at
BPM, the UK's biggest trade show for DJ technology. [top] |
